Preschool Group Lessons- Ages 3-5
These classes are the most fun way for a preschooler to start music. They have a lower practice commitment and are the perfect prep for traditional lessons.
Lessons are 50min weekly
- We have FUN learning to play the piano!
- Children learn through play and stories.
- We do 2 classical music listening projects by reading stories together. We learn how music can change how we feel, can be fast or slow, loud or soft, and high or low!
- Learning music is actually learning patterns. Children will learn to recognize patterns visually and aurally.
- We learn rhythm through movement and games!
- Best of all the children learn early about persistence and grit
Private Lessons- Ages 3 and up
These classes are for students with parents who want their children to move faster than the preschool group or regular group classes can. It is more of a practice commitment because of the pace.
Students still have fun of course! We spend our time doing the same kind of projects and theory games as the group classes do. Students taking an exam or participating in festival will need to take private lessons.
We focus on building technique, strong and steady rhythm skills, reading music fluently, and practice strategies.
Also, students come 4-5 times per year for a Piano Party (workshop) to perform and complete some group projects
- 30min lessons= beginner- pre exam level
- 45min lessons= exam level 1-4
- 1 hour lessons= exam level 5-8
Group or Partner Lessons- ages 5 and up
We do all the same activities as private lessons but just move a little slower! This style of class can be perfect for students who want peer interaction every week. Students from group classes are also able to attend the piano parties that get booked throughout the year.

- Students will be placed in a group based on level and age
Adult Lessons
Whether you are starting piano lessons for the first time or returning to lessons after years of absence- Inspire 88 is the place for you!
- Private lessons weekly
- You choose whether you want to do 30min, 45min, or 1 hour lessons
- Small group recitals are offered with zero pressure to perform!
- Lessons are at your own pace!
- You will never come to lesson and have to feel guilty for not having the time to practice- I totally understand between work and family life can get busy
- While we do need to cover the basics you will have the option to choose what you music you wish to play
